Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Lovers25 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used cosmetics products cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for approved returns of unused and unopened items.
